Delivery and Returns Policy

 

 

Same-Day Delivery

 

We are happy to offer FREE same-day delivery for all eligible purchases within a 15-mile radius of our store location.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed before our specified cutoff time (7:00 PM PDT) and the delivery address must be verified as being within 15 miles of our store.

  • Delivery Fee: There is NO delivery fee for qualifying same-day deliveries within this 15-mile zone.

  • Outside the Zone: Deliveries requested outside the 15-mile radius or for non-same-day options may be subject to standard shipping charges or a distance-based delivery fee.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns process is as follows:

  • In-Store Returns: You may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange by bringing the item(s) back to our store during business hours. There is no fee for in-store returns.

  • Shipped Returns: If you choose to ship an item back to us for a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
