Refund policy

Return Policy: Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your pet food purchase, we offer the following refund and exchange policy.

Return/Exchange Period: You may return or exchange any pet food products within 14 days of the purchase date. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. (We don’t expect returns on the following items: leash, collar, harness, working dog equipment, and e-collar.) Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 -7 business days after the return is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Orders delivered through same-day local delivery must be returned directly to our Covina location by the customer and are not eligible for return pickup service.
